I am a senior at Portland Adventist Academy, an avid trumpet player for the past 8 years, and first chair trumpet for the past 6 years. Additionally, I am self taught, as none of my music directors played the trumpet. However, I made several mistakes while learning how to play effectively. So for my senior project I decided to produce a series of tutorials to help fellow trumpeters escape the same pit falls I ran into, avoid hours of research, and produce great music while having fun.
